About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Team Lead (m/f/d) to guide and manage our project teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational leadership, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of our project execution processes. You will act as a key point of contact for team members and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth project delivery and team development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and operationally support the team in daily project activities, fostering an open, motivating, and appreciative work environment.
  • Manage project assignments, capacity planning, and monitor team utilization, considering skills, availability, and project priorities.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or capacity surpluses and initiate appropriate measures to ensure seamless project flow.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding operational, organizational, and interpersonal matters.
  • Support the professional and personal development of the team through close guidance and regular exchange.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and structured support for transitions within projects.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, department heads, and HR to continuously optimize personnel-related processes and needs.
  • Develop and optimize planning processes and tools to increase efficiency, transparency, and team performance.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field.
  • First leadership experience.
  • Previous experience in team leadership, project work, and capacity planning is desirable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Technical understanding and willingness to learn.
  • Enjoyment of a flexible role with significant scope for development.
