About the Role:

As a Service Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the comprehensive support and management of B2B key accounts in the energy sector. You will oversee service delivery for complex mobile communication solutions in ongoing operations, ensuring high service, process, and quality standards. This role involves active stakeholder management, project management, and continuous development of service level agreements (SLAs).

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support and management for B2B key accounts in the energy sector.
• Take responsibility for service delivery to clients in the ongoing operation of complex mobile communication solutions.
• Create, analyze, and present regular service reports for top clients.
• Monitor, manage, and continuously develop agreed SLA structures.
• Conduct active stakeholder management at the client level and with internal departments.
• Ensure high service, process, and quality standards.
• Manage customer projects, including planning, implementation, and controlling.
• Apply suitable project management methods to manage complex customer requirements.

Your Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a Service Manager in the B2B environment, ideally with corporate clients in the energy sector and critical infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in customer service within an IT or mobile communications provider.
• Confident demeanor with very good communication and presentation skills at operational, management, and executive levels.
• High service orientation and a strong sense of quality.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken).
