About the Role
As an IT Service Technician, you will provide comprehensive support to our clients, addressing issues and service requests across multiple support levels. You will be responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware, software, and network problems within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Handle issues and service requests in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support.
- Analyze and resolve hardware and software problems in the Microsoft environment.
- Install, configure, and commission clients, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform rollouts, migrations, and IT relocations.
- Install and commission new IT workstations and infrastructure components.
- Administer and support Microsoft Windows client and server systems.
- Assist with the support of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Analyze and resolve network issues in LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
- Participate in IT projects, modernizations, and infrastructure measures.
- Document activities and maintain work orders in the ticketing system.
- Serve as the direct contact for our clients, both on-site and remotely.
Qualifications
For 1st Level Support:
- Initial IT knowledge through training, retraining, studies, internships, or private projects.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and addressing technical questions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, hardware, and networks.
- High willingness to learn and motivation.
For 2nd Level Support:
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment.
- Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networks, or server systems.
- Independent and solution-oriented work style.
For 3rd Level Support:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Server, networks, virtualization, security, and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with migrations, implementations, and complex IT projects.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
