About the Role:
Our client, a well-established healthcare provider in Germany with a focus on outpatient and clinic supply, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist (m/f/d) to lead a team in Bernau. In this role, you will provide both professional and disciplinary leadership to a team of four employees in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for a team of four employees.
• Ensure the smooth operational flow within outpatient and clinic supply.
• Establish and further develop processes (e.g., interface management, workflow, quality assurance).
• Maintain close communication with the existing branch manager, with a primary focus on team leadership.
• Contribute to and develop the clinic supply sector, with the option for specialization.

Your Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist (m/f/d).
• Leadership experience (professional and ideally disciplinary) or the confidence to lead a four-person team.
• Good understanding of clinical and outpatient pharmacy operations.
• Structured, communicative, and team-oriented approach to responsibility.
• Willingness to specialize further in clinical supply.
• Very good German language skills.
