DevSecOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Interlead provides the #1 platform for leads, appointments, and orders, simplifying customer acquisition for our partners, making it more transparent and predictable. We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our IT team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage our servers.
• Oversee internal monitoring systems.
• Develop and maintain the IT infrastructure.
• Manage infrastructure as code (e.g., using Terraform, Ansible).
• Integrate security checks directly into CI/CD pipelines (Shift-Left approach) and continuously develop them.
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests.
• Manage secrets management and secure credential handling.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Perform threat modeling and proactively assess security risks.
• Document processes and infrastructure.
• Stay updated on current trends and introduce new tools and best practices.
• Advise colleagues on security-related matters.

Milestones:

• 0-3 Months: Familiarize yourself with the team, processes, and IT infrastructure; understand the server, monitoring, and CI/CD landscape; identify initial optimization potential; take over daily operations and monitoring tasks.
• 4-6 Months: Integrate initial security checks into CI/CD pipelines; implement improvements in monitoring and alerting; actively contribute to infrastructure development; conduct initial vulnerability scans and derive measures.
• 7-12 Months: Independently manage central parts of the IT infrastructure; establish security standards and best practices within the team; drive process automation; become the central point of contact for security-related issues; contribute your own ideas and actively shape the development of our DevSecOps culture.

What You Bring:

• Completed vocational training or a degree in IT (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics), or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient knowledge in Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their secure operation.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK-Stack).
• Good understanding of networks, firewalls, and common security concepts.
