As a Financial Controlling Analyst (m/f/d), you will take on a central role in reporting, planning, and analysis.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

• Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (HGB/IFRS).
• Analysis of financial data, including plausibility and data quality checks.
• Further development and automation of reporting processes.
• Creation of ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.
• Execution of actual vs. target comparisons and derivation of measures.
• Participation in budget planning and forecasts.
• Preparation of KPIs and presentations for management.
• Identification of optimization potential in processes and tools.

Collaboration

• Close collaboration with EMEA teams and the Shared Service Center.
• Participation in national and international projects.
• Point of contact (m/f/d) for controlling-related inquiries.

Monitoring

• Ensuring compliance with company-wide policies and standards.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or comparable.
• Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with appropriate further training.
• Ideally, 1-3 years of professional experience in controlling.

Technical & Personal Competencies

• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Power BI and experience with SAP.
• Sound understanding of accounting and controlling processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data.
• Structured working method and high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Excellent time management.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
