About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to actively shape the development of the new Business Center for corporate clients at Volksbank Westmünsterland. As a central contact point for telephone and digital sales in corporate client business, you will contribute your ideas to developing modern service and consulting processes, combining personalized digital customer contact with future-oriented sales channels.

Aufgaben (Responsibilities)

• Actively approach commercial clients with the goal of achieving consulting and product sales.
• Serve as a competent point of contact, answering questions about the entire product range of the commercial Business Center.
• Identify sales opportunities, redirect customers based on their needs, and ensure smooth process transitions.
• Handle sales-related follow-up tasks and support the further development and process optimization of the Business Center.
• Focus on delivering a convincing customer experience and achieving successful sales closures.

Qualifikation (Qualifications)

• Experienced bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau) with profound banking knowledge and a proactive approach to building the Business Center.
• Strong sales and service orientation, with a performance-driven and structured work ethic.
• Clear, persuasive, and confident communication skills, both on the phone and digitally.
• Ability to accurately identify and stimulate customer needs, providing high-level professional advice.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales over the phone and a good understanding of commercial customer needs.
• Team player with high initiative, thriving in a dynamic environment.
