About the Role

Join our team at our Buchholz (near Hamburg) location as a Social Media Manager (m/w/d). We are looking for someone to help drive our continued success. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact with your expertise.

Aufgaben (Responsibilities)

  • Develop social media strategies and provide comprehensive advice to clients on all social media-related matters.
  • Create target-group-specific posts, stories, and campaigns for various social media channels (LinkedIn and Meta).
  • Focus on social media campaigns: analyze, evaluate, and monitor campaign data, create reports, and derive optimization measures to continuously improve customer KPIs.
  • Work with editorial plans and fixed timings as part of your daily routine.
  • Collaborate closely with internal experts from campaign management, technical editorial, public relations, design, and video production.
  • Identify trends and platforms, conduct thorough competitor analyses, and derive concrete recommendations.

Qualifikation (Qualifications)

  • Successfully completed university degree or commercial apprenticeship with relevant marketing experience.
  • Previous experience in a comparable social media role, including social paid focus, with several years of experience using LinkedIn and Meta.
  • A knack for storytelling and the ability to connect with people emotionally.
  • Meticulous, independent, and well-structured work style.
  • Enthusiasm for technical topics and enjoyment in advising diverse clients individually.
  • Open and positive demeanor, making it easy to adapt to different conversation partners and persuade them of your ideas. English proficiency is a plus.
