Job Description

As Change Embedment Manager, you will shape how change is understood, prioritized, and sustained within TAL’s Group Life & Retirement Partnerships function. This role brings clarity and momentum to changes that improve how we work, partner, and deliver for customers, especially during challenging life moments. You will create lasting impact by helping teams navigate complexity with confidence, building foundations for more meaningful, connected, and easily embedded change.

In this role, you will:

• Build a clear, consolidated view of change across the portfolio to improve visibility and coordination.
• Establish a practical change framework enabling confident prioritization and decision-making.
• Surface operational and customer impacts early to reduce risk and strengthen readiness.
• Guide sequencing and decision pathways for clear and focused progress.
• Strengthen stakeholder alignment for smoother adoption and effective outcomes.
• Drive change into delivery by closing gaps and enabling successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in change management, program delivery, or coordinating concurrent change across multiple workstreams, ideally in a regulated or complex environment.
• Proficiency in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments, with a strong focus on embedding change rather than project management.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint for change tracking, progress communication, and decision support.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships to create alignment, influence outcomes, and support successful change.
• Experience in life insurance, claims, fund administration, or digital transformation is beneficial.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Change Management, or a related field is preferred.
