Backed by private equity, we are investing in the next generation of our cloud-native, AI-enabled SaaS platform.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS compliance products. This is a high-impact role focused on both existing product optimization and new product development. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, market dynamics, regulatory drivers, and commercial opportunities, translating insights into products and features that deliver measurable value. The successful candidate will identify where AI-driven capabilities can improve existing products and create new opportunities. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and evolve the roadmap for a B2B SaaS compliance product portfolio, balancing customer value, commercial opportunity, regulatory relevance, technical feasibility, and strategic fit. Develop a clear product vision grounded in customer problems, market insight, and company strategy. Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on measurable outcomes and define clear product success metrics.
  • Customer, Market & Domain Discovery: Engage directly with customers, prospects, sales, and industry experts to understand compliance workflows and unmet needs. Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory and commercial pressures facing financial services compliance teams. Assess market demand, competitive alternatives, and monetization opportunities.
  • Product Delivery & Execution: Lead product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS products. Manage trade-offs across scope, timing, quality, and customer commitments.
  • AI, Automation & Data Enabled Product Opportunities: Identify practical opportunities to use AI, automation, analytics, and data-driven insights to improve customer outcomes. Ensure AI-enabled features are grounded in real customer problems and designed with appropriate attention to explainability, trust, and regulatory sensitivity.
  • Commercial & Cross Functional Leadership: Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to support product positioning, pricing, packaging, and revenue growth. Communicate roadmap priorities and delivery progress clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

  • Product Management: Experience with enterprise SaaS products, particularly multi-tenant platforms. Demonstrated success managing existing products and identifying new product opportunities. Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviewing, problem validation, market research, and roadmap prioritization. Experience translating complex customer needs into clear product requirements and viable roadmap plans. Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS product design.
  • Compliance, Risk & Financial Services: Experience building or managing products for financial services compliance is strongly preferred. Ability to engage credibly with compliance leaders, risk teams, and senior executives.
  • Commercial & Market Orientation: Strong commercial instincts, connecting product investment to revenue growth and competitive advantage. Experience contributing to pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategy. Ability to distinguish between individual customer requests and broader market opportunities.
  • Technology & Data Fluency: Sufficient technical fluency to work effectively with engineering, data, and AI teams. Practical understanding of modern SaaS platforms, APIs, data models, and enterprise security expectations. Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities and data-driven decision support.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, influencing without direct authority. Strong executive presence and ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. Highly structured thinker who brings clarity to ambiguous problems. Bias toward action and measurable outcomes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Working with enterprise compliance platforms, employee compliance, personal account dealing, conflicts of interest, etc.
  • Working in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS business.
  • Experience working with AI, data science, analytics, or automation teams.
