The Role:
We are creating a new role for an S&OP Specialist to be at the heart of our European planning process. You will collect and validate data, build reports and dashboards, and help different teams align on an integrated plan for demand, supply, and inventory. Your analytical mindset and strong communication skills will support our EU suppliers and contribute to overall business growth targets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle by collecting data, updating templates, and preparing standard reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Maintain and validate core demand and supply data (forecasts, orders, inventory, capacity) and resolve data quality issues.
• Build and update recurring reports and dashboards on demand, supply, and inventory performance; analyze deviations and run ad-hoc scenario analyses.
• Act as a central contact point for S&OP data and questions, organize cross-functional meetings, and help align Sales, Supply Planning, Project Management, and Finance.
• Support conflict resolution by providing neutral, fact-based analysis and outlining trade-offs between service, cost, and inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement of S&OP reports, templates, and data flows; document best practices and support automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, S&OP, planning, data analysis, finance, or a similar analytical role (internships and trainee programs count).
• Strong analytical mindset and accuracy with numbers; comfortable working with datasets and translating analysis into clear messages for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas) and proficiency in Microsoft Office; interest in learning planning or BI tools.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to work with stakeholders from different functions.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude, openness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) and ERP systems is a plus.
