The Mission:
We are looking for a Product Manager who combines strong product judgment with hands-on design thinking. This role owns end-to-end user journeys for key product areas, translating user problems into simple, scalable product outcomes. You will work closely with engineering to ship and iterate on product improvements.

Key Outcomes:

• Ship at least 2-3 meaningful product improvements end-to-end (discovery to iteration).
• Consistently ground product decisions in user insight through research and testing.
• Establish a strong working cadence with engineering, ensuring clarity and reducing ambiguity.
• Visibly raise the product quality bar through improved UX, clearer flows, and better edge-case handling.

What You'll Do:

• Own and improve core user journeys by combining design thinking with product judgment.
• Translate real user problems into simple, scalable product outcomes.
• Shape solutions and ship/iterate in close partnership with engineering.
• Operate with limited structure and high ambiguity in a lean setup.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of overall experience building digital products.
• A significant portion of this experience in UX/product design, followed by product management responsibilities.
• Track record of shipping and iterating on real products used by customers.
• Experience working closely with engineering in agile or lean teams.
• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and usability.
• Proven ownership of product outcomes, not just deliverables.
• Clear communicator with good product judgment.
• Bias toward execution and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have:

• Background in UX, product design, or frontend development.
• Experience in early-stage or fast-moving product teams.
• Exposure to consumer products, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.
• Comfort using design tools in the product workflow.

Interview Process:
The interview process is expected to last no more than 3 weeks and includes HR Screening, a Case Study/Technical Round with the Hiring Manager, and a Final Round with a member of the leadership team. Reference interviews will follow the offer.
