About the Role

Our partner company is seeking a Controller (m/f/d) to join their team. This role is crucial for planning, steering, and controlling all business management measures, providing the management with well-founded analyses for strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the planning, steering, and control of all business management measures.
• Support management in strategic and operational decisions through well-founded analyses.
• Create forecasts, budget plans, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for company steering.
• Conduct internal controls and ensure compliance with guidelines and processes.
• Actively participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as a Controller (m/f/d), ideally in a medium-sized or international environment.
• Process-oriented and analytical thinking combined with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Very good command of German (written and spoken).
