IT Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) - Augsburg

We are seeking an IT Support Employee (m/f/d) on behalf of our partner company in the public sector in Augsburg.

Responsibilities

• As an IT Support Employee (m/f/d), you will handle incoming phone inquiries at the Service Desk and systematically document all requests in the ticketing system.
• You will provide support for technical topics such as telematics infrastructure, secure online connectivity, digital services, and user access.
• You will advise users on the electronic transmission of billing and documentation data and ensure clear problem resolution.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to high service quality and satisfaction through solution-oriented communication.
• Your responsibilities also include recording feedback and complaints, and proactively identifying relevant developments in the user environment.

Qualifications

• You have completed training as an IT Specialist (m/f/d), IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d), IT Clerk (m/f/d), or possess a comparable qualification in IT Support.
• You have practical technical understanding and at least initial experience in user support.
• Ideally, you have experience with ticketing systems, error analysis, and end-device support.
• Proficient German language skills and familiarity with MS Office products and M365 complete your profile.
