Haustechniker (m/w/d) - München

We are seeking a Building Services Technician (m/f/d) for our partner company in Munich, to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a Building Services Technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the technical support and monitoring of building services systems across various properties.
• You will control and monitor systems in electrical, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation (HVAC) using modern building management technology.
• You will also oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of systems.
• Furthermore, you will coordinate external service providers and supervise the proper execution of technical services.
• Additionally, you will assist with modernization and conversion measures in the area of measurement, control, and regulation (MSR) technology.

Qualifications

• You have completed training, e.g., as an Electronics Technician for Automation Technology (m/f/d), Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d), Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• You possess several years of professional experience in the support, maintenance, or repair of building services systems.
• You have good knowledge of electrical, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation technology, as well as basic knowledge of sanitary systems.
• You work independently and in a structured manner and hold a Class B driver's license.
