Projektleiter (m/w/d) - München

We are seeking a Project Leader (m/f/d) for our partner company in Munich, to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Leader (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for national and international development projects concerning quality, deadlines, budget, and performance.
• You will manage complex technical projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams from development, manufacturing, suppliers, and external partners.
• You will also be responsible for project planning, risk management, progress control, and the creation of technical and commercial project reports.
• Furthermore, you will act as the central point of contact for customers and stakeholders, conduct negotiations, and manage changes within contract and claim management.
• Additionally, you will drive the further development of technical processes and support project teams through technical leadership and strategic steering.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Business Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable technical field.
• You possess several years of experience in leading complex technical projects – ideally in the areas of simulation, system development, or safety-critical technologies.
• You have sound knowledge of classic and agile project management methods, such as V-Model, Scrum, or comparable methodologies, and ideally relevant certifications.
• You are proficient in SAP, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office and have a strong technical and business understanding.
• You impress with leadership skills, strong communication abilities, fluent German and English language skills, and a high willingness to travel internationally.
