About the Role

Our partner company in Minden is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in Project Management & Construction Supervision. This role is crucial for planning, managing, and overseeing infrastructure and construction projects from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage infrastructure and construction projects from concept to implementation.
• Undertake project processing and on-site construction supervision, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Engage in new construction and renovation projects, providing support for diverse technical queries.
• Conduct construction condition analyses and evaluate existing structures.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and expert opinions, accompanying projects through all service phases.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g., Hydraulic Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Planning).
• Professional experience as a project planner, project processor, or site engineer, particularly in drinking water supply, pipeline construction, or structural inspection.
• Proficiency in MS Office; possession of a valid Class B driver's license is preferred.
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented work approach, with strong teamwork and independent working skills.
• Fluent German language skills are essential.
