About DEPT®/AI

Our DEPT®/AI practice is focused on creating industry-leading work using artificial intelligence. This role is within our Data & AI practice, which specializes in leveraging AI for large-scale transformation programs. We work with data strategists, consultants, data scientists, and analysts worldwide to solve complex challenges for leading brands.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an AI Consultant to drive strategic impact with AI, translating complex technology into tangible business value for our clients. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define AI strategies, lead transformation programs, and design scalable AI solutions. This role is key to expanding our UK & I offering within our EMEA-based AI practice.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI strategy engagements, discovery workshops, and maturity assessments with enterprise clients across EMEA.
• Define AI roadmaps and prioritized use case portfolios, anchored in business case and ROI.
• Design and advise on data science and generative AI solutions for complex business problems in collaboration with technical experts.
• Guide clients through AI transformation programs, from vision to implementation.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on AI adoption strategy and organizational change.
• Introduce emerging technology concepts into client conversations and internal teams.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in an AI, data, or technology consulting role, preferably within a consulting firm or digital agency.
• Proven track record working with enterprise clients, particularly across EMEA markets.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT product owners, and marketing leaders.
• Ability to build business cases and articulate the ROI of AI initiatives.
• Understanding of AI transformation, change management, and enterprise implementation.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and MLOps concepts.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Analytical and commercially minded with strong communication skills.
