About the Role

Our partner company in Munich is looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Contract Management. This role is responsible for coordinating and steering commercial processes within complex project and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and steer commercial processes within complex project and service operations.
• Prepare quotations, price, and cost calculations, and independently manage commercial order processing.
• Maintain project-related data in SAP and oversee administrative processes from inquiry to invoicing.
• Monitor costs, deadlines, and settlements, and generate project-related reports and analyses.
• Take responsibility for smaller sub-projects and collaborate closely with internal departments and project teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Clerk) with relevant additional qualifications.
• Experience in project management, contract management, or commercial project processing.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP, Jira, or Confluence is advantageous.
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style with strong communication skills.
• Fluent German and good English language skills. Ideally, knowledge of public procurement law or project-specific contract environments.
