About the Role

Our partner company in Munich is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Process Optimization. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing workflows and developing standardized process standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing workflows and further develop standardized process standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and support measures for efficiency enhancement across various departments.
• Create structured process documentation, reports, and standardized documents for projects and management.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, departments, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to defined project standards and process specifications.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in process management, project management, or organizational development.
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar applications.
• Analytical thinking, strategic approach, and ability to work independently.
• Precise communication skills in German and English, with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
