About the Role

In this senior preparer role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive corporate secretarial services for complex matters. You will handle a full spectrum of complexity levels with minimal supervision, focusing on sophisticated corporate secretarial processes and detailed client deliverables.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the preparation of complex corporate documentation and filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Apply corporate secretarial requirements with minimal supervision and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Build advanced knowledge of client-specific requirements and industry practices, and execute complex corporate secretarial operations independently.
  • Prepare sophisticated board papers and resolutions, and handle complex regulatory filings and compliance matters.
  • Document detailed procedures for complex processes and identify and report potential compliance risks to your manager.
  • Conduct thorough self-reviews to maintain quality standards and support complex client file maintenance.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing initiatives and handle complex stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Juris Doctor, Corporate Governance, Law, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Chartered Secretary or equivalent corporate governance qualifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, with exposure to low-to-medium complexity tasks.
  • Familiarity with corporate secretarial practices, particularly in funds and special purpose vehicles, is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and deliverables within tight deadlines.
