Connect your expertise in architecture or urban planning with modern technology. As a Junior Urban Development Specialist, you will deliver professional, digital feasibility studies for our clients. You will translate urban planning complexity into legally sound, clearly communicated analyses using architectural insight and digital tools. You will work in full-time capacity, with the possibility of remote work.

Aufgaben

• Feasibility Studies: Independently manage analysis assignments, from building code reviews (§34 BauGB, BauNVO) and area calculations (GFZ, GRZ, BGF, Wohnfläche) to final client delivery.
• Modeling & Visualization: Develop massing studies and cubature development, including economic calculations and visualizations, and translate results into professional client documents.
• AI-Supported Workflows: Utilize digital and AI tools (including Claude) and specialized research agents. Focus on technical depth and quality while leveraging automation.
• Direct Client Contact: Conduct kickoff and review meetings with clients, understand their requirements, and communicate results clearly and confidently.

Dein Profil

• Background: Completed Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering with solid knowledge of German planning law (§34 BauGB, BauNVO) and area calculations (GFZ, GRZ, BGF, Wohnfläche).
• Massing Studies Experience: Experience with massing studies and cubature development, e.g., using Forma or similar software, during studies or early projects.
• Software Skills: CAD knowledge (Vectorworks, Archicad, Revit) and Adobe CC for visualizations. High affinity for AI and willingness to learn new AI and software tools.
• Work Style: Structured, reliable, and independent work approach; comfortable with standardized workflows.
• Customer Focus & Communication: Strong service orientation; clear and professional communication with clients.
• Language: Native-level German (C1/C2); English B2 is desirable.
