Aufgaben

In this versatile role, you will ensure the smooth operation of IT and actively develop the IT landscape at the Stuttgart location, taking responsibility for IT budget planning. As the central point of contact for employees, you will handle IT requests in a structured and solution-oriented manner, coordinate tasks, and ensure transparency and reliable documentation. You will work daily with Microsoft 365 (including Teams, Planner, Outlook, and Excel) and actively contribute to process optimization and digitalization, demonstrating pragmatism, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for taking responsibility and developing structures in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikation

• Completed apprenticeship in the IT field, a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
• Several years of professional experience in IT support, IT operations, or a coordinating role within IT.
• Professional experience with external IT service providers and structured management of support requests and IT processes.
• Proficient and routine use of Microsoft 365 (especially Teams, Planner, Outlook, and Excel) for organizing, tracking, and documenting tasks and projects.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructures, including Windows environments, networks, and cloud solutions, with the ability to competently assess technical contexts.
• Fluent German language skills (C2 level).
