Your Tasks:

• Provide telephone and written support to our customers.
• Process customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
• Schedule and manage our service technicians' assignments.
• Find quick solutions for appointment changes and disruptions.
• Maintain and document orders and customer data.
• Collaborate closely with customers, field service, and internal departments.

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or experience in customer service, dispatch, or administration.
• Ideally, experience in a trade, technical service, or service company.
• Enjoy phone communication and are proactive in contacting customers.
• Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a pronounced service orientation.
• Organizational talent and a structured working method.
• Experience in appointment, tour, or deployment planning is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Microsoft 365.
