Your Responsibilities With Us

As a Junior Software Engineer (all genders), you will work with experienced colleagues on modern software solutions for various clients. You will have the opportunity to continuously expand your technical knowledge, learn new technologies, and take responsibility for your own areas.

• Assist in the development of modern software solutions, contributing to frontend, backend, or cloud applications depending on the project.
• Participate in architectural, API, and platform solutions, gaining a deeper understanding of technical contexts and decisions.
• Utilize modern development tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted tools, learning to integrate them effectively into your daily work.
• Actively engage with new technologies, tools, and engineering practices to continuously develop your technical skills.
• Support the creation of technical concepts, prototypes, and solution approaches for our clients.
• Contribute to the further development of our development standards and best practices, bringing your own ideas.
• Explore modern AI tools and their application in software development, assisting in the evaluation and testing of new approaches.
• Participate in technical reviews, knowledge exchange formats, and team workshops to learn from colleagues' experiences.
