The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful implementation of technology and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing Salesforce implementations and integrations, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with third-party vendors and implementation consultants.

Salary & Location:

• This role is based in Canada.
• The salary range for this role is $102,000 - $127,000 (base salary) plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
• Applicants must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end project management for technology and software implementations, from planning through closing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors, ensuring deliverables meet agreed-upon standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk registers, and change logs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to the Internal Center of Excellence committee.
• Monitor project budget and resource allocation.
• Cultivate innovation and continuous improvement through process development and enhancements.
• Assist the Business Operations - Systems Director with overall Program Management.

• Financial services industry knowledge is a substantial asset.
• Required: Salesforce experience.
• Desirable Certifications: Salesforce CPQ, ServiceCloud, AppBuilder, Agentforce.
• Experience managing Agile teams as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Desirable Certifications: PMI-PMP, CSM (Scrum Alliance).
• Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira).
• Asset: Experience with NetSuite, Boomi, Snowflake, Databricks.
