The Role:
As an Associate, Search, you are at the beginning of your performance marketing journey. Your primary function will be to learn the fundamentals of Paid Search Engine Marketing while providing vital production and execution support for your account team. This role is designed for someone transitioning from foundational training to independent, error-free execution of standard tasks. You will master the platforms, safeguard our data quality, and gain the technical skills necessary to progress into advanced account management roles.

What you’ll do:

• Execute day-to-day paid search account management across Google Ads and Bing, supporting campaign launches, optimizations, and maintenance.
• Pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports to identify trends and insights.
• Monitor daily performance and budget pacing, proactively flagging and addressing variances.
• Support campaign builds by contributing to strategy, structure, keyword selection, and ad development.
• Assist with bid management by applying appropriate bidding strategies and making data-driven adjustments.
• Produce clear and accurate performance summaries explaining week-over-week changes.
• Create, QA, and maintain tracking solutions including pixels, remarketing lists, and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with internal and nearshore teams, delegating execution tasks and participating in ongoing paid search training.

What you bring:

• 1-2 years experience in an agency or startup environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas for data analysis and customization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to QA.
• Working knowledge of paid search platforms and tools, including Google Ads UI and Editor.
• Experience uploading and editing campaigns, ads, keywords, and targeting methods.
• Understanding of core SEM metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, CVR).
• Familiarity with SEM optimization levers and methodologies.
• Eagerness to learn and grow, demonstrated through participation in training sessions.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
