About the Role

We are seeking motivated salespeople to fuel our continued growth. Leveraging our backing and proven success, we are looking for evangelists who can envision a better future for clients, bring clients to see that vision, and create lasting partnerships that exceed expectations. This role is ideal for a highly consultative seller accustomed to collaborating with executive-level decision-makers to devise solutions for their toughest problems. You will have a high degree of accountability and ownership over a portfolio of large clients, focusing on both account growth and new business generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate Opportunity and Close Deals: Drive new business generation, sell to existing clients, and convert new prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build durable relationships, inspire trust, and propose innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • Consult with C-Level Executives: Engage daily with leaders of large in-house legal teams to plan for their future.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner daily with the broader commercial team to close and support strategic opportunities.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide thought leadership to clients and mentor junior team members.

About You

  • Proven background in B2B client service with extensive experience in consultative sales roles, consistently exceeding business goals.
  • Demonstrated track record in heavy business development initiatives and generating new logos.
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close, with experience managing multiple complex deals across various clients and stages.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, and expert judgment skills.
  • High-impact communicator skilled in presenting to executive-level stakeholders; proficient with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or comparable CRM) and leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Relentless service orientation, ability to form trusted-advisor relationships, a proactive approach to improving the status quo, and effectiveness within a collaborative team environment.
  • Legally eligible to work in Singapore.
