About This Job

As an Implementation Strategist, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, owning their onboarding, configuration, and early success across Dutchie's full product suite (POS, E-Commerce, Loyalty & Marketing, Mobile App). This role is crucial for ensuring new customers hit the ground running and maximize the value of our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Own the onboarding and training of new dispensary customers launching on Dutchie.
• Guide clients through configuration, best practices, and product fundamentals across all core products.
• Manage white-label mobile app submissions and releases through App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including handling rejections and suspensions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for non-technical operators.
• Manage project timelines and customer records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to proactively address issues.
• Surface client feedback and trends to inform product development.

What You Bring

• Required:
• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., SaaS implementation, POS, account management, solutions engineering).
• Strong communication skills: clear, empathetic, and polished across phone, email, and video.
• Highly organized and adaptable, comfortable juggling multiple projects at different stages.
• Technically comfortable navigating developer portals (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Firebase) without needing to write code.
• Quick learner with the ability to rapidly acquire new platform and industry knowledge.
• Team-oriented, yet fully capable of owning tasks independently.
• AI Mindset: Proactively using AI for tasks like automating complex workflows and experimenting with agentic methodologies.
• Bonus Points:
• Salesforce familiarity.
• Cannabis industry or METRC/BioTrack experience.
• Retail cannabis or dispensary operations experience.
• PMP Certification.
• Looker or BI tool familiarity.
