Publisher Development Manager

Partnership Manager (Digital Publishers)

What You Will Do:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new digital publisher partnerships across the US, including regional news outlets, content sites, and performance-driven digital media.
  • Negotiate partnership terms at multiple stakeholder levels, establishing strong business relationships and presenting monetization models.
  • Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and product presentations with prospective publishing partners, applying various sales approaches to advance deals.
  • Understand publisher monetization goals and position MGID's native ad solutions as a revenue growth opportunity.
  • Run high-volume outreach campaigns using HubSpot and other tools to build and manage your pipeline from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline stages, and revenue projections in CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Publisher Success and Demand Sales teams throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in AdTech, focusing on publisher growth, acquisition, or partnerships in the US market.
  • Proven ability to use HubSpot and run high-volume outreach campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and outreach tools, including experience building sequences, managing pipelines, and tracking funnel performance.
  • Experience conducting outreach to digital publishers and converting conversations into signed partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of publisher needs: monetization, engagement, UX, insights, and below-the-article ad strategy.
  • Existing network of US digital publishers and experience negotiating complex partnership deals.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and native ad platforms.
  • Track record of quota attainment or consistent top performance in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with outreach sequencing tools beyond HubSpot.

  • Base Salary: $65,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience.
