Location:

Woodinville, WA. This role requires onsite work 4 days per week, with 1 day remote. Must live within commuting distance.

Job Summary:

The Global Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, supplier management, and end-to-end execution of product orders, with a focus on custom hardgoods and softgoods (e.g., polyresin, bobbleheads, plush). This role partners cross-functionally to ensure products are sourced, developed, and delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The position emphasizes supplier strategy, cost management, and execution excellence, coordinating timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in bringing custom products to life, turning creative concepts into high-impact merchandise experiences that connect brands with people.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with business experience in manufacturing, project management, supply chain, logistics, product management, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in sourcing, product development, project management, materials, production, or resource planning.
• Hands-on/direct 1:1 experience working with overseas factories, suppliers, or sourcing partners; experience with Chinese factories or Asia-based sourcing is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage supplier negotiations, including pricing, MOQs, production timelines, feasibility, and trade-offs.
• Strong business judgment, common sense, and ownership mindset with a demonstrated work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail, deadlines, and customer expectations.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Effective cross-functional communication skills, partnering closely with Sales, Design, Logistics, Vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on cost, quality, capability, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production terms to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent performance.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage assigned product categories from sourcing through production and delivery.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Partner with Product Development and Design to ensure specifications are feasible and manufacturable.
• Track production timelines and proactively address risks, delays, or quality concerns.
• Calculate and validate landed costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
• Support development and implementation of sourcing processes and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier data, costing, and sourcing activities.
• Partner with Logistics, Inventory, and Sales teams to align supply chain execution.
• Support stakeholders by providing sourcing insights, timelines, and cost guidance.
• Oversee orders to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Track and report key metrics including delivery performance and cost savings.
• Contribute to department goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Travel Involved: Limited, as needed for client meetings, vendor management, and select events.

Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $92,000 to $100,000.
• Compensation is determined by geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
• The range listed is the full base salary range; hiring at the top is not typical to allow for future growth.

Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
