About The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in integrations, you will be at the forefront of connecting content, data, and real-world impact. You will design and build integrations across CRM, DAM, and productivity platforms, centralizing customer, asset, sales, and workflow data. This role is crucial for developing features that demonstrate the performance of content and link engagement directly to sales outcomes. You will own the entire lifecycle, from discovery and architecture to implementation and troubleshooting, working with AWS-hosted services in C# and Go to create scalable, reliable, and observable integration solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of integrations across CRM, DAM, and other platforms into Mediafly systems.
  • Define and drive integration architecture, establishing reusable patterns and elevating engineering best practices for reliability, scalability, and observability.
  • Translate complex, cross-system data into capabilities that connect content performance to sales outcomes.
  • Partner closely with customers, professional services, and deployment teams to understand requirements, guide technical decisions, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues across distributed systems and multiple domains, identifying root causes and driving resolution.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, including runbooks, guides, and configuration details.
  • Manage project tasks rigorously using project management and operation tools, ensuring clear specifications, accurate status updates, and stakeholder visibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
  • Full-stack development skills with strong experience in C# and/or Go.
  • AI-assisted development mindset and experience leveraging tools like Claude, Codex, or Co-pilot.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS/EKS basics).
  • Experience designing and implementing reliable, idempotent, scalable, and observable integrations with third-party enterprise systems, including familiarity with SSO/SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and enterprise identity lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience working directly with customers or internal teams on end-to-end technical delivery.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex systems and databases, including solid SQL/Postgres skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills, valuing feedback and teamwork.
  • Curiosity and strong problem-solving abilities, balancing pragmatism with long-term thinking.
  • Clear verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with common enterprise systems like Salesforce/CRM, SharePoint/CMS, and their APIs.
  • Experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Graph-based integrations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce data models, SOQL, and API usage.
  • Experience running third-party compliance certifications for integrations.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management integrations.
