Assistant Program Manager, Talent Delivery - Field Nation (Hybrid)

Field Nation is seeking an Assistant Program Manager, Talent Delivery to join its Marketplace Provider team. This critical role focuses on the internal execution, scalability, and optimization of talent delivery programs, serving as the engine behind buyer talent strategies. You will ensure talent pools and service territories are built and vetted with engaged providers to meet enterprise buyer needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Program Managers (Talent Advisors) and Customer Success Executives to translate buyer needs into actionable recruitment and engagement workflows.
  • Design and deliver custom networks based on buyer goals, creatively addressing unique needs.
  • Analyze coverage gaps and talent shortages to build agile, scalable micro-strategies.
  • Propose customized solution strategies for service territories and remote areas based on buyer use cases.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align efforts and ensure customer success.
  • Maintain intra-team partnership with Network Development, Provider Onboarding, Provider Experience, and Marketplace Compliance to drive provider adoption and retention.
  • Leverage data insights to guide decision-making and proactively adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Identify trends within recruitments to provide "so what?" insights for client consultations.
  • Navigate ambiguity, think critically, and champion a solutions-first mindset.
  • Organize programs and activities in accordance with recruiting goals.
  • Contribute to the evolution of recruiting programs, testing and refining approaches.
  • Support the resolution of escalations and critical issues.
  • Maintain internal documentation for transparency and consistency.
  • Influence the development of talent delivery tools and product improvements.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent strategy, client services, or marketplace operations, preferably in field services or similar industries.
  • Experience and confidence in building unique solutions and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn high-level strategy into repeatable, successful programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive recommendations and track outcomes.
  • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity, creative problem-solving, and driving innovation.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and a self-directed, collaborative mindset.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Full-time, hybrid position.
  • Office presence required on Mondays & Tuesdays.
  • Shift: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week (Mon-Fri).
  • Working hours generally range from 8pm-5am (UTC/Bangladesh Standard Time).

Office Location:

  • Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)

Salary Range:

  • BDT 80,000 - 120,000 (Monthly)
