Job Description
As a Product Owner for the production fine planning system PlanEx, you will be responsible for driving business value and executing global requirements. You will manage the implementation of PlanEx, including the "Plan to Produce" process on a global level, ensuring sustainable implementation and compliance with process standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take over Product Ownership for the production fine planning system PlanEx.
- Drive business value of your product and (sub-) process depending on overall strategy.
- Execute global requirements collection, communicate, and implement the system PlanEx, including the production (fine) planning ("Plan to Produce") process on a global level.
- Manage all "Plan to Produce" deployment tasks in rollout projects, ensuring sustainable implementation and compliance with process standards.
- Align and adapt (sub-) process changes, including requirements from users, norms, standards, and other processes.
- Support the definition of the roadmap to roll out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process.
- Drive digitalization and automation in planning-related processes.
- Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities.
- Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes.
- Engage in intensive communication, collaboration, and change management in an international environment.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of SAP PP, ideally with rollout experience.
- Several years of experience with S/4, especially in the Production Planning area.
- Relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration or Industrial Engineering) with a focus on Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing processes.
- Several years of experience in consulting or industry, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail.
- Extensive business experience in planning processes from projects and/or operations.
- Strategically thinking with a strong mindset to drive improvement and operational excellence.

- Readiness to work in an international environment, willing to travel regularly.
- Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm.
