Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Virtual Medical Team

The Opportunity:

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, offering world-class, convenient, evidence-based care to One Medical patients in conjunction with their primary care providers. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we provide care 24/7, united by intellectual curiosity and a mission to transform healthcare.

Employment Type:

Full-time, 40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends.

What you’ll be working on:

• Treating patients via telehealth visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilizing your clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care.

Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required:

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification.
• At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in the past 5 years, either:
• In an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR
• In an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Currently licensed in NY, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required).
• Current shifts range from 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM EST.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

This is a full-time virtual role.

Compensation:

• Base hourly range: $59.10 - $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differentials).
• Final starting pay determined by practice experience and patient care schedule.
