Remote PreK-K Math Teacher - Think Academy US

Think Academy US, a subsidiary of TAL Education Group, is an Ed-Tech company providing K-12 extracurricular learning services through innovative teaching techniques. We foster critical thinking, logic skills, and goal achievement through love and technology. We are seeking an enthusiastic Remote PreK to K Math Teacher to join our team.

Your Role:

As a Remote PreK to K Math Teacher, you will work with students from Preschool to Kindergarten, teaching math concepts based on Think Academy's curriculum. You will deliver engaging, age-appropriate online classes, prepare lessons, conduct trial lessons, grade homework, and communicate regularly with parents.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and teach online math classes weekly (10-20 classes, approx. 10-20 hours/week). Class assignments and hours depend on readiness and student satisfaction.
• Participate in paid teaching assistant work to learn from experienced lead teachers.
• Conduct trial lessons for new students to aid enrollment (5-10 hours/week).
• Grade homework and communicate with parents weekly regarding student progress (3-5 hours/week).
• Other duties assigned by the teaching management team.

Work Hours:

Approximately 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Tuesday to Sunday (1-2 days off). Flexible for non-teaching hours; class schedules are the priority.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or STEM majors preferred, but all majors welcome).
• Prior math teaching experience is a plus.
• High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic with the ability to engage and excite children.
• Availability and willingness to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday, starting April 2026.
• Passion for teaching, responsibility, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents.

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay:
• Teaching Hours: $25 - $30/hr
• Administrative Hours (Prep, Grading, Communication): $16 - $21/hr
• End-of-Semester Commission (performance-based): Target 15%
• Yearly Salary Estimate:
• 1st year Total Target Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
