The Opportunity:

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) offers world-class virtual clinical care, supporting primary care providers 24/7/365 through advanced technology and a team-based approach. Our team is united by intellectual curiosity, inclusiveness, and a mission to transform healthcare.

Employment Type:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Treating patients via telehealth visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilizing clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care.

Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required:

• Completion of a Master’s Degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).
• Maintaining active NCCPA certification.
• Experience: In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR
• 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Licensure: Currently licensed in DC with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required).
• Current Shifts: Range from 6am-5pm EST, 7am-6pm EST, 8am-7pm EST, 11am-10pm EST, 1pm-12am EST.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

This is a full-time virtual role.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Hourly Range: $59.10 to $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differentials).
