The Opportunity

The Virtual Medical Team (VMT) at One Medical is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, delivering world-class, convenient, and evidence-based medical services to One Medical patients in conjunction with their primary care providers. Utilizing advanced technology and a team-based approach, we provide care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Employment Type

Full-time (40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends).

What You'll Be Doing

• Treating patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates during daily huddles.
• Utilizing your clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care.

Education, Licenses, and Experience Required

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPA).
• Current and active NCCPA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of practice experience in the past 5 years in one of the following settings:
• Outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Currently licensed in DC with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required).
• Current shift availability within the following windows (EST):
• 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• 1:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

This is a full-time virtual role.

Compensation

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation. The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50 per hour, plus evening and weekend differentials, based on a full-time schedule. Final starting pay will be determined by factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional compensation may be awarded for candidates exceeding specified qualifications.
