The Role

As the Senior Vice President of Program Delivery, you are the operational strategist responsible for a $50M–$100M portfolio. You will engineer a high-performance delivery machine where world-class creativity and technical rigor coexist. You are a "flex" leader: a visionary who can define operational strategy at a high level and dive into execution details to clear paths for our teams. Functioning as a supportive partner to the EVP of Client Partnership, you will be the operational backbone ensuring the portfolio is both profitable and groundbreaking.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Execution: Orchestrate the strategic execution of a $50M+ multidisciplinary portfolio, ensuring every touchpoint—from global platform builds to brand transformations—is delivered with relentless craft.
• Define Ways of Working: Support the EVP of Global Program Delivery by building systems and structures that evolve our global delivery standards, defining the "Huge Way" of working and keeping us ahead of the industry.
• Financial Integrity: Drive the financial integrity of the portfolio by managing actuals, burn, and margin protection, ensuring creative ambition is backed by financial discipline.
• AI Integration: Infuse AI integration thought leadership into the delivery lifecycle. Advocate for new tools and automated processes using technology to drive operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Bridge: Seamlessly bridge Creative, Tech, and Strategy. Translate complex client business challenges into viable, scalable service offerings, shifting and integrating business units with fluid precision.
• People Leadership: Lead as a people-centered, results-driven leader, aligning the right talent with the right challenges, driving high performance while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Risk Management: Preemptively identify risks and lead recovery for project crises with a calm, authoritative, and solution-oriented presence.
• Team Mentorship: Lead a Program Delivery team of 20+ experts, mentoring them and setting a bar for excellence that inspires the entire organization.

What We’d Like to See

• Experience: 15+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale portfolios within a digital agency, consultancy, or tech-services company.
• Portfolio Management: Proven track record of managing $50M+ portfolios where quality, efficiency, and financial health are paramount.
• Team Leadership: Experience leading large, diverse teams (20+), with a knack for leading through others and building a culture of accountability and curiosity.
• Process Obsession: Deep understanding and passion for the processes that protect the product; building structures that foster creativity.
• Stakeholder Influence: Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-level teams with ease.
• Innovation Mindset: A student of emerging technologies (AI, automation, commerce) who can translate market trends into viable service offerings and evangelize these shifts across the portfolio.
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $215,000—$255,000 USD. The exact placement within this range will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications, the role's specialization, budgetary considerations, market demand, and local market conditions. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
