The Opportunity:

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leader in virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, and evidence-based medical care to One Medical patients in conjunction with their primary care providers. Utilizing advanced technology and a team-based approach, we ensure 24/7/365 patient care. Our team is united by intellectual curiosity, inclusiveness, and a mission to transform healthcare.

Employment Type:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Treating patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other professional development modalities.
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Applying your clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care to patients.

Education, Licenses, and Experience Required:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS).
• Current NCCPA certification.
• At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner within the last 5 years in:
• An outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR
• An urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Currently licensed in MD with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (required weekend shifts: every Saturday or Sunday).
• Available shifts include: 6am-5pm EST, 7am-6pm EST, 8am-7pm EST, 11am-10pm EST, 1pm-12am EST.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

This is a full-time virtual role.

Compensation:

• Base Hourly Range: $59.10 - $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differential).
• Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as experience and schedule.
