Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery or Project Manager to lead large, complex, multi-functional build teams within banking and financial services. This role requires hands-on experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs, with a strong focus on systems like Finacle. You will operate independently in a transformation setting, managing stakeholders, ensuring quality, and driving project success.

Requirements:

• Total Experience: 9+ Years
• Relevant Experience: 5-8 years in delivery or project management within banking or financial services.
• Core Banking Modernization: Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs, with at least the last 2-3 engagements focused here. Regional (APAC) delivery experience is favorable.
• Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems such as Finacle.
• Autonomy: Ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a transformation setting.
• Documentation: Strong documentation skills and attention to detail; ability to maintain accurate logs and artifacts.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and ensure follow-through across bank and vendor teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify options and impacts.
• Relocation: Ability to relocate to the Philippines for the long term.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor teams of developers, administrators, and analysts, particularly on the ServiceNow platform.
• Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and successful project delivery.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute change management plans for smooth adoption of new features and processes.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Act as a solution provider, showcasing a consulting mindset.
• Identify project/service stakeholders early and ensure deliverables align with business case benefits.
• Support Build stream closure, ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented.
• Track and maintain RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and dependency logs, escalating blockers.
• Assist in selecting and managing vendors/suppliers.
• Support detailed planning and schedule creation for assigned delivery areas.
• Collaborate with technical delivery teams, solution architects, and vendor teams to manage issues and risks affecting scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Partner with solution architects to ensure build activities align with target-state core banking architecture.
• Manage external delivery dependencies and their impacts.
• Ensure well-defined test strategies, plans, and schedules, managing all testing phases (Unit, System, Integration, Migration, NFR) and supporting UAT.
• Align with application and platform owners on deployment schedules and approaches.
• Mentor and manage team members through feedback and guidance.
• Ensure project quality meets defined governance, process standards, and best practices.
• Report status of key metrics (risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction).
• Assist the account management team with new project requests.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling Nagarro's offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
