Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious Investment professional to join our investment team in Dublin as an Associate Director, Investment Management. You will build and develop trusted relationships with current and potential clients, providing personalized investment advice and portfolio management. Your role will ensure portfolios are managed in line with the Company’s investment philosophies and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support client needs.
• Execute the annual Business Plan in line with agreed individual targets.
• Build new client relationships and develop existing ones through effective service to minimize attrition and generate new instructions and referrals.
• Structure and lead professional client meetings, ensuring information is up-to-date, technically accurate, and meets client needs.
• Construct and maintain suitable portfolios aligned with clients’ requirements, circumstances, tax situations, and risk tolerance.
• Regularly review portfolios and make necessary changes, consulting with colleagues as appropriate.
• Execute deals accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Maintain and develop knowledge and skills in line with industry, regulatory, and internal requirements through continuous professional development (CPD).

Qualifications:

• Professional Qualifications: Hold a relevant Level 6 qualification or above (aspiring for Level 7) and maintain an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing.
• Key Skills and Experience:
• Understanding of the financial services industry and investment market.
• Experience managing client investment portfolios and providing investment advice.
• Experience remodeling newly acquired portfolios to align with investment policy.
• Technical/product knowledge and effective communication of investment management strategies and solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication, numeracy, and analytical skills.
• Experience leading pitches and winning new business.
• Experience operating within a risk management framework and understanding of risks pertaining to private client business.
