The Opportunity

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, delivering world-class, convenient, evidence-based medical care to One Medical patients in coordination with their primary care providers. Utilizing advanced technology and a team-based approach, we provide care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Employment Type:

• Seasonal Employee from August - February 2027
• W2 position
• Minimum 40 hours weekly
• Requires 2 full (entire) rotating A/B weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday)
• Support 2 of 4 company-observed holidays (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day)

What You'll Be Working On:

• Treating patients via telehealth visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilizing your clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care to patients.

Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required:

• Completion of a master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPA) and maintaining active NCCPA certification.
• Currently licensed in NY, with the possibility to obtain licenses in additional states.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR
• 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings (Current shifts are 7am-6pm EST or 11am-10pm EST).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills with the ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows.
• Example Schedule:
• Thursday: 7am-6pm Eastern (1 hour break)
• Friday: 7am-6pm Eastern (1 hour break)
• Saturday: 7am-6pm Eastern (1 hour break)
• Sunday: 7am-6pm Eastern (1 hour break)

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $80/hr.
