  • Maintain change management project plans, schedules, trackers, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate and support webinars, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and other change-related activities.
  • Partner closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure change activities align with project objectives and timelines.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks or gaps, and adjust plans as project needs evolve.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools to accelerate content development and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in organizational change management, change communications, change enablement, or related transformation roles.
  • Experience developing and executing change management plans within a corporate environment.

  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A practical, execution-oriented change management professional who understands corporate change dynamics and can contribute quickly within an established framework.
  • Proficient in developing communications, building presentations, managing plans, coordinating stakeholders, and producing high-quality deliverables with minimal oversight.

Success Factors:

  • Efficient and highly organized.
  • Resilient in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent collaborator and team player.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
