Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a vital source of consistency, reliability, and expertise within the Project Management Office (PMO). You will go beyond traditional project management to become a true stakeholder in project success, facilitating day-to-day priorities with energy and confidence. You will adeptly adjust communication and management styles to suit multi-disciplinary teams and champion the project throughout its entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Expertly execute Waterfall, Agile, or blended methodologies, ensuring quality and adapting to project needs.
• Embrace process innovation and AI integration.
• Exhibit a high degree of ownership, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently.
• Provide exceptional leadership, deliver high-quality deliverables under pressure, and execute tasks independently.
• Possess working knowledge of the discovery and development lifecycle for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Department & People:
• Apply project management fundamentals and processes efficiently.
• Utilize tools to drive project success, maximize profitability, and ensure positive outcomes.
• Demonstrate a drive for continuous learning and skill development.
• Stay current on industry best practices and collaborate across departments.
• Share knowledge and core principles of Project Management, mentoring others.
• Make independent decisions to ensure optimal project and company outcomes.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• 7+ years of project management experience; consulting and agency experience preferred.
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
• Utility or highly regulated industry experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• PMP, CSM, Agile-related certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with web and mobile application projects.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong servant leadership style.
• Proficient in problem-solving and conceptual skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead well under pressure.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to oversee project teams and independently manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Azure Dev Ops (required), Jira, and Confluence.

Compensation:

• $75.00 - $85.00 USD per hour. Base compensation determined by skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and overall experience.
