Advanced Practitioner – Virtual Medical Team

The Opportunity:

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) provides world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual clinical care to One Medical patients. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. What You’ll Be Working On:

• Treating patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilizing your clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients virtually.

Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required:

• Completion of a Master's Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS).
• Active NCCPA certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR
• 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Currently licensed in MD with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required).
• Current shifts range from (6 AM - 5 PM EST, 7 AM - 6 PM EST, 8 AM - 7 PM EST, 11 AM - 10 PM EST, 1 PM - 12 AM EST).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
