The Opportunity:
The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, offering world-class, convenient, evidence-based medical care to One Medical patients. Utilizing advanced technology and a team-based approach, we provide care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our team is united by intellectual curiosity, inclusiveness, and a powerful mission to transform healthcare.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize your clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients virtually.

Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required:

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification.
• Currently licensed in NY with the possibility to obtain additional state licenses.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR
• 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings (Current shifts are 7am-6pm EST or 11am-10pm EST).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills with the ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows.
• Example schedule: Thursday-Sunday, 7am-6pm EST (with 1 hour break).

Employment Details:

• Seasonal Employee: August - February 2027.
• W2 position.
• 40 hours minimum weekly.
• 2 full (entire) rotating A/B weekends per month (weekends include Saturday and Sunday).
• Support 2 of 4 company-observed holidays (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day).

Compensation:

• $80/hr.
