What You'll Do:
As a Technical Consultant, you will own the integration implementation for our customers, guiding them from kickoff to go-live. You will translate customer business requirements into effective product configurations, solve challenges, and provide best practices related to Brex Integrations. Your goal is to ensure customers feel confident with their integrations, setting them up for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Own the successful integration of customer systems with Brex, managing the end-to-end implementation for systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, applying knowledge of ERP architecture and business processes to guide optimal integration setup.
• Lead project meetings and technical calls, setting clear expectations, capturing notes, and driving projects forward.
• Contribute to customer enablement by helping create and refine training materials and Help Center content.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, translating needs and feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
• Actively contribute to the Integration team’s collective knowledge, sharing insights and collaborating with peers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with direct experience implementing or configuring accounting systems like QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero.
• Functional expertise in key accounting and finance areas, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and HRIS.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to own deliverables, track timelines, and drive projects to completion.
• Experience translating basic business requirements into product configurations and providing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Points:

• HRIS/SSO subject matter expert.
• Accounting or Finance background.

Work Environment:

• Based in our Seattle office.
• Hybrid environment requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
• Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.

Compensation:

• Expected Salary Range: $101,248 - $126,560.
• Starting base pay depends on candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
• Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
