About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery or Project Manager with 9+ years of total experience, including 5-8 years in banking or financial services. You will manage large, complex, multi-functional build teams, focusing on core banking and deposits modernization programs. Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle is essential. This role requires operating independently in a transformation setting, strong documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Total Experience: 9+ Years
• 5-8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated leadership managing large, complex, multi-functional build teams.
• Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs (last 2-3 engagements).
• Regional (APAC) delivery experience is favorable.
• Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle.
• Ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a transformation setting.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail; maintain accurate logs and artifacts.
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-through across bank and vendor teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to surface options and impacts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans (timelines, budgets, resource allocation).
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, administrators, and analysts.
• Foster a collaborative environment for innovation and successful project delivery.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute change management plans for smooth adoption.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Act as a solution provider, identifying project/service stakeholders and ensuring deliverables align with the business case.
• Support Build stream closure, ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented.
• Track and maintain RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and dependency logs; escalate blockers early.
• Assist in selecting and managing vendors/suppliers.
• Support detailed planning and schedule creation for assigned delivery areas.
• Manage issues and risks affecting scope, time, cost, and quality in collaboration with technical teams, architects, and vendors.
• Ensure build activities align with target-state core banking architecture and design principles.
• Manage external delivery dependencies and their impact on the project.
• Ensure well-defined test strategies, plans, and schedules (Unit, System, Integration, Migration, NFR, UAT support).
• Align with application/platform owners on deployment schedules and approaches.
• Provide on-the-job feedback and guidance to team members.
• Ensure project quality meets defined governance, process standards, and best practices.
• Report status of key metrics (risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction).
• Assist account management in responding to new project requests.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling Nagarro's offerings.

Relocation:
Should be able to relocate to the Philippines for long term.
