About the Role:

Join our fast-growing Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) team as a Risk Manager. You will be instrumental in building and scaling our innovative, multi-asset trading platform. This role offers the unique opportunity to bridge traditional finance with the rapidly evolving digital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk management strategies for a multi-asset trading platform.
• Monitor and analyze market risks, credit risks, and operational risks.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of risk controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with trading, technology, and compliance teams to ensure a robust risk framework.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices in both traditional finance and digital assets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in risk management within the financial services industry, preferably with FCMs or similar trading environments.
• Strong understanding of multi-asset products and trading platforms.
• Knowledge of both traditional finance and digital asset markets is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
